Features/Custom domain & white-label
White-label

Your domain. Your brand. Fleetwire, invisible.

Run your storefront on your own web address with your branding on every screen. On higher plans, Fleetwire disappears entirely from what your customer sees — the whole experience reads as your business, start to finish.

Why it matters

A booking link should build your brand, not a vendor's

Every time a renter sees someone else's name in the URL or a "powered by" in the footer, that's trust you're handing away. White-labeling keeps the equity where it belongs — with the business the renter is actually paying, and coming back to.

  • Your web address. Book on your own domain, not a shared subdomain.
  • Your branding throughout. Logo, colors, and name across the storefront and checkout.
  • Fleetwire stays quiet. On Premium, the platform is invisible to your customer.

How it works

Point a domain, upload a logo, done

No developers required. Connect your domain and Fleetwire handles the rest.

1

Connect your domain

Add a domain you own — or a subdomain like book.yourfleet.com — and point it at your storefront.

2

Apply your brand

Upload your logo and set your colors so the storefront and checkout match your business.

3

Send from your domain

On Premium, booking emails go out from your own email domain, so nothing points back to Fleetwire.

Everything under your name

White-label runs across the surfaces your renters actually see — the site, the checkout, and the messages.

Custom domain

Your storefront lives on the web address your customers already associate with you.

Custom email domain

Confirmations and reminders sent from your domain, not a generic address.

No "powered by"

On Premium, remove Fleetwire branding so the experience is entirely yours.

White-label questions

Which plan do I need for a custom domain?

Custom domain, custom email domain, and full white-labeling are on the Premium plan. Lower plans still let you brand the storefront with your logo and colors. See pricing for details.

Do I need a developer to set it up?

No. You point your domain's DNS at Fleetwire and upload your branding — no code. If you get stuck, support comes directly from the team that builds the product.

Can I remove the "Powered by Fleetwire" mark?

Yes — hiding the Fleetwire mark is available on Standard and up, and full white-labeling (custom domain + email) is on Premium.
